I’m just wearing this simple outfit today. The shirt was a Chanukah gift from my grandma, and it is one of my favorites. This tan color is never one I would have picked out on my own. It’s actually surprisingly versatile. Sometimes other people can pick out the best things for you because they have an outside perspective on your wardrobe.

Recently I have been pretty burnt out on blogging, to be honest. I was wanting to do it in theory, but I found myself dreading going out and taking pictures and writing posts. Today my mom wasn’t home, so I went out and took this photo myself using my remote. The picture probably isn’t top quality, but I had so much more fun than usual taking it and experimenting with my camera a bit. I think I’m going to try to take my own pictures more in the future.
If you have been following my blog for a long time, or you know me in real life, then these boots might seem familiar to you. I had a very similar pair that I got in November of 2010 from Forever 21 and wore practically every day that fall/winter. I took them out again this September and wore them for a month or so, but they were falling apart, so I had to throw them out. When I was in Arizona over the weekend I found these boots at Last Chance. They are Steve Madden and were probably around $90-$100 originally, but were $39.99 at Last Chance. Then, all boots were half off, so I got them for around $20, which I think is a great deal.

I love this shirt so much. I have a BP Fashion Board meeting tonight, so I thought I’d wear it today because it’s from Nordstrom. The shirt is super versatile and easy to make outfits with. Also, I could wear it pretty much all year round because it’s light weight, but easy to layer.

I love this skirt with little nesting dolls on it! However, it can be hard to wear because it’s so busy and colorful. Today I kept it simple by just pairing it with black and a touch of gold on my belt.

Today was the last day of spirit week and my last day of school before winter break! thank goodness. It was Ugly Sweater Day, so I wore this sweater from GoodWill. It’s probably not my ugliest sweater, but I thought it was sort of festive. Then again, I love “ugly” sweaters, so what do I know?
