This is what I wore last night to a friend’s birthday party. First we had this super girly tea party, which was amazing then. Then, we all piled into cars and went ice skating till the rink closed!

Two of my favorite things! Wolves are probably my favorite animals, just because I think they are really cool, and I’m currently obsessed with velvet. I’ve been wearing this skirt a lot lately, but I don’t really care. If I really like something I might as well just wear it as much a possible.

Velvet is a wonderful fabric that is surprisingly versatile. It can be paired with fur and metallic pieces and be very lux, or be dressed down with leather and studs for an edgy look. Also, velvet and lace is a classic, girly pairing. Whatever your style is, velvet pieces would be a great addition to your wardrobe.

The vest I’m wearing used to be a jacket, but the sleeves were irritating, so I ripped them off. I think it looks pretty cute this way. Also, the shirt I am wearing is actually a tight dress, but I tucked it into a skirt because I the proportions looked better with the outfit. I like the contrast of black against the light denim and how my tights match my lipstick.
